  4. General Awareness
    • National & International Current Affairs, Polity, Economy, History, Geography, Environment, Science & Technology.
  5. Computer Knowledge (Qualifying)
    • Basics of Computers, MS Word, MS Excel, Internet, Email, Networking, Cyber Security.
  6. DEST/Typing Test (Qualifying)
    • DEST: 8000 key depressions per hour (Data Entry Operator).
    • Typing Test: 35 words per minute (English) or 30 words per minute (Hindi).
