Eligibility Criteria

• B.Sc. Pathway: Full-time B.Sc. (Chemistry) with Physics as a subject, plus NCVT in Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant) trade. NCVT must be completed after B.Sc.

• Diploma Pathway: 3-year full-time Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Technology plus 1-year BOAT training.

• Sandwich Diploma: 4-year or 3.5-year Sandwich Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Technology (including required industrial training).

Salary & Benefits

• Training Period (6 Months): Monthly stipend of ₹22,000 + Hostel accommodation + Medical facilities.

• After Absorption (Grade A6): Pay scale of ₹22,000 – 60,000.

• Total Monthly Gross: Approx ₹47,800/- (includes Basic, VDA, Perks, and HRA).

• Added Perks: Performance Related Pay (PRP), Gratuity, PF, and comprehensive Insurance.
