Educational Qualification

  • Development Assistant: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks (Pass marks for SC/ST/PwBD).
  • Development Assistant (Hindi): Bachelor’s Degree in Hindi/English medium with Hindi and English as compulsory/elective subjects and 50% marks.

Selection Process

  1. Phase I (Preliminary Exam): Objective test (English, Numerical Ability, Reasoning) — Qualifying in nature.

  2. Phase II (Main Exam): Objective + Descriptive English. Marks from this stage are used for the final merit list.

  3. Phase III (Language Proficiency Test): A test in the local language of the state you are applying for (Mandatory if you didn’t study the local language in 10th/12th).

  2. Click on the “Career Notices” tab.

  3. Select “Apply Online for Development Assistant – 2026”.

  4. Complete the New Registration by entering your basic details to get a Registration Number and Password.

  5. Upload scanned copies of your Photograph, Signature, Left Thumb Impression, and a Handwritten Declaration.

  6. Pay the fee online and submit your application.
