Selection Process

• Written Examination
• Physical Fitness Test
• Medical Examination

Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

• 1.6 Km Run – to be completed in 7 minutes
• 20 Squat-ups (Uthak Baithak) – continuously
• 10 Push-ups – continuously

Physical Standards

•   Height: Minimum 157 cm
•   Chest: Well proportioned, minimum expansion 5 cm
•   Weight: Proportionate to height and age +10% acceptable

Mandatory Documents for Verification

•   Admit Card (printed copy from official website)
•   Application Form (duly signed)
•   10th Class Marksheet & Passing Certificate (proof of Date of Birth)
•   12th Class Marksheet & Passing Certificate (for Navik GD)
•   Diploma Certificate & Marksheet (for Yantrik – Engineering branch)
•   Photo Identity Proof (Aadhaar Card / Voter ID / Driving License / Passport)
•   Recent Passport-size Photographs (as per notification guidelines)

📥 How to Download CISF CONSTABLE Admit Card 2025?

1.   Visit the official website: joinindiancoastguard.cdac.in
2.   Click on “Candidate Login”.
3.   Select your batch (01/2026 or 02/2026).
4.   Enter your Email ID / Registration Number and Password / Date of Birth.
5.   After login, click on “View Exam City Intimation”.
6.   Your Exam City details will appear on the screen.
7.   Download and print the exam city slip for reference.
