HSSC Stenographer Eligibility Criteria 2026

Education: Must have passed 10+2 (Intermediate) in any stream (with 1st Division/Vocational for some posts) or hold a Graduation Degree from a recognized university.
Skill Test (English Shorthand): Speed of 100 WPM and transcription speed of 20 WPM (Max 8% errors allowed).
Skill Test (Hindi Shorthand): Speed of 80 WPM and transcription speed of 15 WPM (Max 8% errors allowed).
Essential: Must have qualified for the Haryana CET.
