Educational Qualification & Roles

Block Project Manager

  • Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
  • Key Role: Lead block-level team, manage BPIU staff, plan & execute project activities.

Livelihood Specialist

  • Qualification:

    • PG Degree or PG Diploma in various Agriculture, Management, Technology & related fields OR

  • BBA or Graduate in Agriculture/Animal Husbandry/Dairy/Fishery/Horticulture/Zoology/Microbiology.

  • Key Role: Implement livelihood interventions (agriculture, fisheries, beekeeping, etc.), train community cadres, prepare Village Livelihood Plans.

Area Coordinator

  • Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.

  • Key Role: Coordinate field activities, manage micro planning, SHG capacity building, bank linkage & livelihood promotion.

Accountant (DPCU/BPIU Level)

  • Qualification: Graduate in Commerce.
  • Key Role: Maintain accounts, official records, assist block staff, handle documentation.

Office Assistant (DPCU/BPIU Level)

  • Qualification: Graduate with Hindi & English typing knowledge.
  • Key Role: Secretarial support, record maintenance, communication handling.

Community Coordinator

  • Qualification:

    • Fresh Graduate (Male)

    • Intermediate (Female)

  • Key Role: Work at village level, SHG formation, training, bank linkage, micro plans, conflict resolution.

Block IT Executive

  • Qualification: B.Tech (CS/IT) / BCA / B.Sc IT / PGDCA from recognized institutes.
  • Key Role: Support MIS/ERP digitization, IT training, assist block team in technical operations.
